The Give campaign is a straight donation-based fundraiser where 100% of your donation goes to the PTO.  While the need is to meet our financial goal, we strive for 100% participation from families for any dollar amount.  Your donations may differ in size, but it has the SAME IMPACT on participation.   

 

Timber Creek PTO is a 501( c )(3) organization.  Your contribution is tax deductible as no goods or services were provided in exchange for your generous donation.  

 

We encourage you to create a free Parent PTO login account, but you can also make a donation at any time by clicking the MAKE A DONATION button on our website.  

 

 

 

 

TREASURE BOX

 

Student(s) whose family donate to GIVE Timber Creek PTO will also get to pick a prize from the Treasure Box during lunch! ANY donation amount qualifies for treasure box.

Families who donate $100 or more to GIVE Timber Creek PTO campaign will receive a TCES Supporter Yard Sign to display your support.

FRIDAY OCTOBER 27

6PM TO 9PM

 

Monster Mash is a family fun event at school, hosted by Timber Creek PTO.   This "Halloween themed night" concludes our fall fundraiser, with proceeds from event wristband and ticket sales going towards our PTO fall fundraiser.

 

Come join us as we transform our school into a Monster Mash Celebration. Early bird admission is $20 for students ages 5-17, $5 for children 3 and 4.  Free for parents, adult chaperones, and children 2 and under.   You will receive a wristband for proof of purchase for admission.  Included in your admission is the following activities:

 

- Haunted Library -    6 to 9pm (Wristband Required)

- Glow Party -             6 to 8:30pm (Wristband Required)

- Carnival Games -    6 to 8:45pm (Wristband Required)

- Trunk-or-Treat -        6 to 8pm (Wristband Required)

- Costume Contest -  8:30/8:45pm (Wristband Required)

                                  (Visit YOUR Grade Level Trunk or Treats to enter Costume Contest.

                                                 Winners announced between 8:30 -8:45pm on stage in cafeteria) 

- Raffle Winners Announced -  October 27, between 8:30-8:45pm on stage in cafeteria

                                                     (Do not need to be present to Win)

 

  

Reminders:

- Don't forget to wear your costumes and bring a candy bag or bucket!

- Parents or chaperones must be present at all times during event.  This is not a drop off event.

KIDS RAFFLE 

 

Enter to win 1 of 6 Halloween Themed 16in. Squishmallows, Whataburger for YEAR box, or a "Boo Bucket!"

Tickets are on sale for $1

You can purchase Tickets either online, during School Lunches with CASH ONLY, or at the event October 27th up till 8:15pm .

The raffle drawing will be held on Friday October 27th at Monster Mash between 8:30-9:00pm.

You do not need to be present to win!!

CANDY DRIVE

 

Monster Mash needs donations for individual wrapped candy and non-food items used for games, prizes and trunk-or-treat.  Candy and items can be dropped this month during morning car line or in the front office.

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED

 

Volunteers are needed to make this spooktacular Monster Mash a Scary Good Time!  There will be sign-ups for Haunted Library set up shifts, Glow Party, and night of the event shifts.  The Monster Mash is run 100% on parent and faculty volunteers.
