The Give campaign is a straight donation-based fundraiser where 100% of your donation goes to the PTO.  While the need is to meet our financial goal, we strive for 100% participation from families for any dollar amount.  Your donations may differ in size, but it has the SAME IMPACT on participation.   

 

Timber Creek PTO is a 501( c )(3) organization.  Your contribution is tax deductible as no goods or services were provided in exchange for your generous donation.  

 

We encourage you to create a free Parent PTO login account, but you can also make a donation at any time by clicking the MAKE A DONATION button on our website.

Families who donate $100-$199 to GIVE Timber Creek PTO campaign will receive a TCES Supporter Yard Sign to display your support.

FRIDAY OCTOBER 25

Monster Mash is a family fun event at school, hosted by Timber Creek PTO.   This "Halloween themed night" concludes our fall fundraiser, with proceeds from event wristband and ticket sales going towards our PTO fall fundraiser.

 

Come join us as we transform our school into a Monster Mash Celebration. Early bird admission is $20 for students ages 5-17, $5 for children 3 and 4.  Free for parents, adult chaperones, and children 2 and under.   You will receive a wristband for proof of purchase for admission.  Included in your admission is the following activities:

 

Food Vendors:   6-9 pm    Marco’s Pizza, Whataburger, & Bigotes   (outside)

Trunk or Treats:   6-8 pm     Teachers, Sponsors & Neighborhoods Trunk or Treats! (Teachers Parking lot)

Carnival Games:   6-8:45 pm  12 games  (cafeteria) 

Glow Party:  6-8:30 pm       (gym)

Balloon Artists:   6-9 pm      (outside Cafe)

Face Painters: 6-9 pm     (outside Cafe)

Dunk Tank:  6-8:40pm   (outside Cafe)

Kid’s Raffle: 8:45pm    Winners Announced (on stage in cafeteria)

Costume Contest:  Winners Announced various times: K/1st-6:30 pm; 2nd/3rd-7:30 pm; 4th/5th - 8:30 pm (on stage in Cafeteria)

Haunted Library:  6-9pm     (Library)

 

Reminders:

- Don't forget to wear your costumes and bring a candy bag or bucket!

- Parents or chaperones must be present at all times during event.  This is not a drop off event.

KIDS RAFFLE 

 

  • Raffle Prizes will be in the cafeteria (on stage) daily during student lunch
  • Prizes: 8 different Raffle items - 5 different Halloween Squishmallows, Whataburger Box,  a “Halloween Cauldron,” & a 5-ft Pre-Lit Inflatable Boo Sign with Cat, Jack-O-Lantern and Ghost

Kids Raffle Tickets are $1 (may be purchased online at the PTO store, with cash at student lunches, and during the Monster Mash)

CANDY DRIVE

 

Monster Mash needs donations for individual wrapped candy and non-food items used for games, prizes and trunk-or-treat.  Candy and items can be dropped this month during morning car line or in the front office.

Volunteers are needed to make this spooktacular Monster Mash a Scary Good Time!  There will be sign-ups for Haunted Library set up shifts, Glow Party, and night of the event shifts.  The Monster Mash is run 100% on parent and faculty volunteers.
