Give Timber Creek PTO is the PTO's 2020 Fall Fundraiser. The goal of this campaign is raise money to continue to support our school and the needs of the students and teachers. In the past the PTO has had a major part in funding online subscriptions, teacher supplemental materials, cougar college, student incentives and other programs. This year we want to continue funding these established programs, and assist in adding water bottle refill stations.
HANDS-FREE KIDS RAFFLE - ON SALE NOW
Enter to win great raffle prizes. Purchase $1 raffle tickets at the PTO store September 27-October 8. Prizes will be available for viewing in the cafeteria beginning September 28 and will be on display for every class to view during lunch. Virtual families can view each item in our PTO store. Your ticket purchase will be automatically entered into the drawing according to store cart purchases. Drawing will take place on October 9 at Timber Creek Elementary. Cut off time for all raffle ticket purchase is 11:59pm October 8. No entries will be accepted after that deadline.
Please Remember: Online purchases only. Do not send money to school with students to buy tickets like previous years.
ONLINE AUCTION - OPENS SEP 27
We had tremendous success in 2019 with our online only auction, raising over $50,000. Due to the cancellation of Dash & Bash last spring, we were uncertain about being able to bring you an auction this year. Thanks in part to our generous business donors who have continued to support Timber Creek Elementary and honor the donations made early spring, we are happy to announce Online Auction Is September 27.
The format will be the same - online only through GiveSmart Auctions during September 27 - September 30. Our auction will be open to parents, friends, and neighbors. More details to follow as the date approaches. Auction volunteers are actively working on donations.
