WHAT IS DASH COLOR RUN EVENT?

 

Dash and Bash Color Run  is an untimed fun run for all ages and fitness abilities.  All students participate during their specials class time.   Parents are welcome to come to watch and/or run the obstacle course route with color zones!  We encourage parents who attend to help PTO by volunteering for a color station, hand out drinks, help younger kids etc.

9:00-9:50am - 5th Grade

9:50-10:40am – 2nd Grade 

10:45-11:35am - 4th Grade

11:40-12:00 – LUNCH

12:05-12:55pm – Kindergarten

1:00-1:50pm - 3rd Grade

1:55-2:45pm - 1st Grade

2:45-3:30 pm- CLEAN UP

TCES PTO will provide EVERY STUDENT with sunglasses, a multi-use face cover, tattoo to be used during the race.  

 

 


 

WHAT IS BASH CELEBRATION NIGHT?

 

 

WHO CAN ATTEND?

 

Dash and Bash Celebration is hosted by Timber Creek PTO and is carnival/fair family event.   The Bash concludes our spring fundraiser,  with all proceeds from wristband and ticket sales towards the fundraiser.  We will transform the campus to be a family fun night, complete with INFLATABLES AND JUMPERS, the ever popular GAMETRUCKS, kid friendly indoor LASER-TAG, and much more. 

 

We encourage all families to join in the fun including local families who have incoming Kindergarten students next year.  You may purchase tickets and wristbands for your friends and family using your own family account online or purchase at the event.

 

 

CAN I DROP MY CHILD OFF AT THE BASH NIGHT?

 

No.  This is not a drop-off event. A parent/chaperone must be in attendance and supervise children at all times.  If children are unaccompanied, they will be sent home.  

 

 

HOW MUCH IS IT TO ATTEND?  

 

Early bird admission/wristband to attend Dash and Bash Celebration Night:    Orders must be placed no later than 9:00 p.m. one day before the event (Thursday, April 4), your order will be sent home with your oldest student in an envelope from their teacher. 

- $20 wristband for students Kindergarten and up

- $5 wristband for pre-k student ages 3 and 4

- Free for all adults and children 2 and under 

 

Wristband price after deadline or at the door is $25.  Any purchase made after deadline will be made at the door (PTO cashier table at flagpole) beginning at 5:30pm, April 5th!  A wristband is proof of purchase for admission, and gives each student unlimited access to Inflatables, Rides, Laser tag, Game Trucks (6 to 9pm).  All located outside at West Faculty Parking Lot

 

 

WHAT IS THE SWEET SHOPPE?  

 

Sweet Shoppe is a parent, teacher, faculty donated bake sale during Bash Celebration night. Indulge in a wide assortment of cakes, cookies, brownies, candy bar, and more.   We welcome donations of home baked or store bought items and CANDY between Wednesday, April 3rd - Friday April 5th.   Cash is not accepted at sweet shoppe. Food and Drink tickets will be accepted only.  

 

 

 

WHAT CAN I DONATE TO SWEET SHOPPE?  

We need a variety of goodies:  cupcakes, brownies, cookies, cake pops, crunchy treats, hand dipped desserts, donuts, gluten-free & sugar free treats, or your favorite dessert.

 

We also need a variety of bulk candies:   Ring pops, Sour patch kids, Gummy bears, Sour candies, M$M's, Skittles, Hershey kisses, Lollipops, Pixie sticks, Pop Rocks, just a few examples.  

 

 

WHAT ARE TICKETS AND WHAT CAN I USE THEM FOR? 

 

 

Tickets are used to make purchases during the event instead of cash or credit.  Tickets are valued at $1 each and will be sold in packs of 10 or 25.    Estimates are below.  

 

- Food     [3-12 tickets per serving] 

- Sweet Shoppe     [2-10 tickets per serving] 

- Drinks     [1-2 tickets per item] 

 

- Professional Face Painting    [4-7 tickets]

- Balloon Artist Creations     [4-8 tickets per session]

 

 

HOW MUCH WILL FOOD COST?

- Marcos Pizza     [Cheese or Pepperoni - 3 tickets per slice]  

- Bigotes Street Tacos [Plate of Tacos -10 tickets ]

- Whataburger     [Whataburger w/ Chips - 8 tickets, Chicken tenders w. Chips - 8 tickets]

- PTO Drink Tent     [1 ticket water, 2 tickets soda, 1 ticket extra chip]

- KONA ICE will NOT be accepting Tickets. Please use CASH or CARD

 

Food and ticket prices based on per serving.   PTO will serve food until we sell /run out!

 

 

 

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE WRISTBANDS AND TICKETS? 

 

 

Wristbands and tickets can be purchased by credit card in the PTO Dash and Bash Store (see green button).  Online orders will be sent home with your oldest child.  Please allow up to 2 days to process and return orders. We ask that you remind your children NOT to open the envelope at school.  The deadline to buy online for delivery is Thursday, April 4, 9:00pm.

 

You can also purchase wristbands and additional tickets at the PTO cashier table on the day of event starting at 5:45pm.  Wristband price is $25 for ages 5 and up, and $5 for ages 3 and 4. Cash and credit card will be accepted. There will also be a ticket table for food, drinks, and raffle tickets in the cafeteria.

WHAT IS THE KIDS RAFFLE?  

 

 

Students can enter to win kid themed raffle prizes.  Raffle tickets are DIFFERENT from the tickets sold in the event packet, which are used to buy food, drink and activities.  Raffle tickets will have a place to write students full name and teacher name on each raffle ticket and bring to school.   Students will be allowed during lunch to enter the raffle on stage during our raffle window.  Cash is allowed ONLY to buy raffle tickets during lunch.   The deadline to buy online for delivery is Thursday, April 4, 9:00pm.

 

 

CAN I SEND CASH TO SCHOOL?  

 

YES, ONLY to purchase raffle tickets in cash during student lunch time.  Please send exact bills.   

DO NOT SEND any cash/checks for Dash and Bash purchases, such as wristbands, food/drink tickets, and/or donations.   

 

 

  

CAN I GET A REFUND FOR UNUSED TICKETS OR IF WE DO NOT ATTEND?

 

All admission wristband or unused tickets are non-refundable.  We will not be able to accommodate refunds If you are unable to participate for any reason.  These item are transferable to friends and family during the event.   

 

 

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

 

Weapons of any kind, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, outside food, and pets are prohibited during this family event.  We will have security on the premise at all times.   We expect attendance to be between 2000-3200 people, so please be courteous and respectful of those around you.  

 

 


 

 

WHAT IS GIVE TIMBER CREEK PTO?

 

GIVE Timber Creek PTO is a straight donation contributed by parents and families of Timber Creek Elementary School. 

 

 

HOW CAN I MAKE A DONATION TO GIVE TIMBER CREEK PTO?  

 

You can make a donation to GIVE Timber Creek PTO through our website timbercreekpto.org.  Donations can only be made online this year, so please do not send cash with your student to school.  After an online donation is made of any amount, your child(ren) will qualify to pick a prize from the Treasure Box!  

  

 

IS MY DONATION TAX DEDUCTIBLE?

Yes. Direct donations are tax deductible, as Timber Creek PTO is a 501(c)(3) organization.   When not exchanged for goods and services.
